It features an antibacterial 2.5mm PE topcover, and a combination of TX heel reinforcement and podiaflex base gives excellent stability for heel and midfoot support to help align the foot, which can help in alleviating pain in the knees and lower back. This also helps to put the power where you want it, ie. through your pedals and to your back wheel. The forefoot pad gives superb comfort underneath those vulnerable metatarsal heads.
